Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders must be returned by mail only.

We will process your return request within 1 ~ 2 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Quality Check for Returns
1. When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was specified in the original order and will deduct its return shipping fee from the amount of refund of other item(s) returned in the same order, if any. Currently, the return shipping fee for sending the rejected-return item to you is $8.5 for US customers, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.
2. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Ani Haan Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

DISCLAIMER
Returns we receive that do not use the provided return shipment label will be refused. Any alterations to the label will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is delivered allow 3-10 business days for inspection. IT IS IMPORTANT TO COMPLETELY FILL EMPTY SPACE WITHIN THE BOX TO AVOID CONTENTS MOVING DURING TRANSIT. WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY PACKED OR PACKED WITH DIFFERENT MATERIALS THAN THE ORIGINAL ONES.


Return Shipping Fee
1) For US Customers
Return Shipping is $8.5 on your 1st return package for any order, which will be deducted from your refund. You must use the return label ("Return Label") we provide, then send the return package to us postmarked within 14 days after your item is delivered. If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and a $8.5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that additional returns must also be postmarked within 14 days after your item is delivered.
2) For International Customers
International Customers' return shipping cost will vary according to customers' location.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
